Our Family Is Experienced
SolSource LLC, is a family business, owned by Darrell & Elvira Conover, and Lyle & Sharon Gilbertson.
Darrell and Elvira share the important duties of maintaining customer relationships, managing the cleaning teams as well as the rest of the day-to-day business operations. Lyle and Sharon are strategically involved with the growth of SolSource Janitorial, and all aspects of its marketing.
Over the past decade, Darrell has been well recognized in the Phoenix area commercial janitorial business. Darrell has been an award winning sales person, and sales manager. He has also always had a deep personal involvement with customer service, and with the actual day-to-day janitorial operations.
Elvira is very experienced in all phases of janitorial cleaning services, customer service as well presenting the benefits of SolSource Janitorial to new prospective customers. She is fluent in both Spanish and English, an asset in the Phoenix metro area. Elvira has worked in the janitorial industry for well over a decade, and is well known within the industry.
Lyle has over 35 years property management and operations experience, including having had the responsible for the management of many regional shopping malls throughout the United States. Lyle has held an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license for over fifteen years, and holds the professional CSM designation, as a Certified Shopping Center Manager. Lyle has also been involved with the ownership, and operations of Arizona commercial cleaning companies since 1997, serving the Phoenix metro area.

No Long-Term Contract
Unlike our competitors, SolSource never asks you to sign a long-term, binding agreement. Here’s our deal, if you’re ever unhappy with SolSource, for any reason what so ever, and you wish to terminate our agreement, you can simply terminate it at anytime, for any reason, by just giving us thirty days notice. We think that’s the fair way to do business, and we’re that confident in our service abilities. We know that you’ll be happy, and stay part of our customer family for a very long time.
